Q: How long does shipping take to arrive to me?

A (Pre-order items):
Please anticipate a production and fulfilment timeframe of 5–7 weeks after your order is placed.

A (Pre-made items):
If available, pre-made items ship within 1 business day. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as refunds are not offered.


Q: How does your refund policy work?

A: Once your order is shipped or enters production, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or changes.

We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions and sizing before purchasing.

If your order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours so we can help fix the issue. Quick communication helps us resolve it fast.


Q: What if my item is damaged?

A: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or a product that’s damaged, contact us straight away so we can make it right.

If your address was submitted incorrectly, the buyer assumes full responsibility unless we are contacted before production ends.

For damage or irregularities, reach out within 7 days of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label.
Returns without approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm if a refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
